  • Select your delivery frequency & delivery date (i.e. once a month starting Friday, January 5th)
  • Checkout using your preferred credit or debit card
  • Set up your Magnetic Springs account and meet your Account Manager
  • Get your water delivered within the next 48 business hours and enjoy!

  • How to Choose Products

    When choosing your water product, pick the item(s) that work best for your office environment and feel free to mix and match! A lot of our customers enjoy 5-gallon jugs to go with their water coolers to hydrate their employees, but also will get some 10 or 16 oz bottles for any guests and clients that visit their offices.

  • Choosing a Delivery Frequency

    After you’ve selected the water products for your business, add those items to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to checkout, you’ll be asked to select your delivery frequency (either once per month or every two weeks) and then will be asked to submit a debit/credit card for payment.

  • Set Your Payment Method

    The initial payment must be made using a debit or credit card, any future orders can be invoiced, and the payment method can be discussed with your Magnetic Springs Account Manager.

  • One-Time Ordering Options

    Only interested in a one-time order? That’s completely fine! After you submit your order online, an Account Manager will contact you to verify the details. If you wish to order again in the future, we save your information to make it an easier checkout for next time.

  • 48-Hour Delivery Service

    Once your payment, frequency, and delivery details are verified with the Account Manager, your delivery will be ready to go and at your office door within 48 business hours.

Four types of water for delivery

If water delivery for business is your number-one concern, you can choose from various types and sizes, from 10-ounce, .5-liter and 1-gallon bottles to 3-gallon or 5-gallon bottles for the water dispenser. We also have racks for easy storage of full water bottles. All of our water is tested to ensure that it conforms to the highest standards. After that, it’s simply a matter of taste preference. While it’s understandable that your needs will vary based on the nature of the workplace, here’s what you should know before making a selection.

Drinking Water

To achieve the best-tasting drinking water, we’ve developed a process that includes reverse osmosis and de-ionization for maximum purification. The end result is a healthy, fresh taste that remains consistent from one bottle to the next.

Natural Spring Water

Our natural spring water comes from a clean, protected source in southern Ohio. The water is captured from the spring, tested, and then stored in tanks before being transported to our production facility in Columbus. We also closely monitor the spring recharge fields to eliminate any possible contaminations. Unlike tap water, the spring water is rich in calcium, lithium and magnesium—all of which are considered to be good for your health.

Distilled Water

Distilled water, which is purified during an intense distillation process that eliminates any contaminants and natural minerals, naturally protects against mineral buildup. This makes it especially well suited for use in small appliances as well as for medical purposes and often for cooking. Our distilled water goes through the same process as our drinking water, but it is further processed with our Super Still. From there, it is stored in tanks and ozonated to illuminate any possibility of bacteria.

Frequently Asked Questions

This will all depend on how many people are drinking out of the water cooler and how much those people drink. Typically, a five to ten person facility or home will need at least three 5 gallon jugs every month.

It is recommended that you only fill a water jug once. That means when your water comes to you, once it’s done you should not refill it. The best way to enjoy your fresh water is to drink it and then recycle the jug once you are done!

The USDA does not require a shelf life for bottled water. If it is stored properly, it can be stored indefinitely. However, for the best taste of our amazingly fresh water, we recommend that you do not wait more than 2 years to drink it!
