Water Delivery for Business
We make water delivery for businesses easy with 5 simple steps to get started:
Step 1: Visit our water Shop page to select the type of water you’d like delivered and add to your cart
Step 2: Select your delivery frequency & delivery date (i.e. once a month starting Friday, January 5th)
Step 3: Checkout using your preferred credit or debit card
Step 4: Set up your Magnetic Springs account and meet your Account Manager
Step 5: Get your water delivered within the next 48 business hours and enjoy!

How to Choose Products
When choosing your water product, pick the item(s) that work best for your office environment and feel free to mix and match! A lot of our customers enjoy 5-gallon jugs to go with their water coolers to hydrate their employees, but also will get some 10 or 16 oz bottles for any guests and clients that visit their offices.
Choosing a Delivery Frequency
After you’ve selected the water products for your business, add those items to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to checkout, you’ll be asked to select your delivery frequency (either once per month or every two weeks) and then will be asked to submit a debit/credit card for payment.
The initial payment must be made using a debit or credit card, any future orders can be invoiced, and the payment method can be discussed with your Magnetic Springs Account Manager.
One-Time Ordering Options
Only interested in a one-time order? That’s completely fine! After you submit your order online, an Account Manager will contact you to verify the details. If you wish to order again in the future, we save your information to make it an easier checkout for next time.
Once your payment, frequency, and delivery details are verified with the Account Manager, your delivery will be ready to go and at your office door within 48 business hours.
